Lauren's Portfolio
Welcome to my portfolio. Here you will find a selection of my work from each of my previous marketing roles.
Anstey Hodge Advertising Group
At Anstey Hodge Advertising Group, I manage the social media presence (LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram) for Framatome North America, an international leader in the nuclear energy industry. Since stepping into this role in February 2024, I’ve led the development and execution of a comprehensive social media strategy, creating content that showcases company events, employees, infographics, and conference highlights to build brand recognition and engage current and future talent.
One of my biggest milestones has been growing Framatome North America’s LinkedIn following by 1,244% — from 771 to over 10,360 followers (as of October 2025), expanding the company’s reach and engagement across the nuclear energy industry.
I also execute monthly/quarterly reporting on social media performance, presenting data-driven insights to refine content strategy. I implemented a new platform and streamlined process for content planning, enhancing efficiency and collaboration.
In addition to organic content, I manage and analyze paid LinkedIn advertising campaigns for various Framatome clients and coordinate sponsored newsletter placements through Nuclear SmartBrief.
I have had the opportunity to attend and capture video content of many community events, which is a highlight of my role. A few of my favorite events to date include capturing the 80th Anniversary of D-Day at the National D-Day Memorial, the iconic Virginia 10 Miler event, and Day of Caring hosted by the United Way. I have also had the privilege of capturing the groundbreaking and ribbon cutting of a $50 million expansion.
To increase internal engagement, I launched the “Did you see..?” campaign, designed to encourage more employees to follow and interact with Framatome’s social media channels.
Schuil Coffee Company
I started at Schuil Coffee Company as a Marketing Intern and was later hired full-time as a Social Media Coordinator. From January 11 to September 28, I was part of the marketing team, where I grew our established Instagram following by 10.57%—from 5,000 to 5,580 followers. I captured and edited product photography and engaging Instagram Reels that showcased our offerings and helped drive consistent engagement and follower growth. I also executed monthly giveaways in collaboration with local businesses to boost community interaction and expand our reach. Beyond social media, I designed in-store signage to highlight seasonal menu items, promotions, and key café updates.
I maintain a connection to Schuil Coffee, Sparrows Coffee, and Joven Coffee by doing freelance photography for their brands in my free time. This allows me to stay engaged with both my passions: coffee and marketing.
Sparrows Coffee
From January 11 to September 28, I worked at Sparrows Coffee as a Marketing Intern and later as a Social Media Coordinator. During my 9 months on the marketing team, I grew our established Instagram following by 16.55%—from 8,667 to 10,386 followers. I created engaging content that highlighted our products, spotlighted our team of baristas, and drove engagement through strategic collaborations with local partners.
To celebrate reaching 10K followers, I led a giveaway in partnership with five local businesses. The giveaway reel generated 15.2K views and 1,500 comments, which served as entries—making it one of the most successful giveaway campaign to date.
Joven Coffee
I started at Joven Coffee as a Marketing Intern and was hired full-time after graduation as a Social Media Coordinator. From January 11 to September 28, I worked on the marketing team, where I grew our Instagram following by 30.84%—from 583 to 843 followers. I created eye-catching Instagram Reels to spotlight our product offerings and drive engagement, which directly contributed to our audience growth and stronger online presence.
SoundOff Signal
As a Digital Marketing Intern at SoundOff Signal in Michigan, I was responsible for planning and scheduling social media content across Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn for both the SoundOff Signal and mPower Silicone Lighting brands. My role included strategic content planning, creation, scheduling, and monthly analytics reporting to track performance and inform future social media posts. In addition to social media, I supported the marketing team on a variety of projects, contributing to a wide range of initiatives that strengthened overall brand presence.
